Tastemaking Talk is an exclusive and limited series of curatorial conversations among the young Black artist scene in New Orleans. Led by the founders of AbstractNOLA, Antarah Leilani Hasan-Spears and Kenneth “Kulture” Spears, join us as they delve into their curatorial process of tuning in with emerging artists, during their incubation at NOAAM.

Come on over to The House Tuesday October 10 from 6-8pm for an intimate and elevated experience, in tandem with our contemporary show “Proof of Life: Cultures in the Crucible”, which features 6 Black local artists, Bryan Brown (Browno) , Devin Dennis (Cyph) , Kara Crowley, Kentrice Schexnayder, Jay McKay, and Ryan Gilbert. Tastemaking Talks makes space for Black creatives to connect and professionalize their creativity.
